We see a lot of damage done to Seadoo's which could have been avoided 100%. This includes the basics, such as always having the engine running while flushing, but a couple that aren't so commonly talked about - the length of time for flushing and what to do after that.... storage. Many owners don't remove the seat after a ride and this little act can make all the difference for long term condition as it lets the motor cool and rid the engine bay of some of the moisture which is the major ingrediant for rust. Not only that, but it is a good habit to get into as part of your post ride safety checks; being familiar with how things look under the hood.
